We completed a pilot project in downtown Vancouver at the iconic Harbour Centre building to demonstrate the energy-efficiency an noise reduction benefits of the Taiga window inserts.
Harbour Center is a 27 story tower built in 1977, around the historic 1928 Spencer Building, a cornerstone of the Vancouver skyline. Today the building serves wide range of commercial tenants and is managed by the Polaris group.
The TwinGlaze Taiga inserts were installed over the original single-pane windows on the 10th floor. Our team installed the Taiga inserts in several hours, without removing the old windows or any changes to the buildings exterior.

Installation
Early testing has shown strong performance improvements:

Humidity testing.

Noise-transfer testing.

After
This pilot is collecting real-world performance and cost data in British Columbia. It demonstrates that meaningful performance gains can be achieved without major construction or window replacement. Interior inserts provide a faster, lower cost path to better efficiency and comfort. They also help building owners move toward emissions compliance and ESG targets without large-scale retrofit projects.
